Our script takes the strain while you relax. First before a potential user adds their link to your site the script checks to make sure they have first placed a link on their web site to yours.

Next, and this is the best part, the script checks to see if you have already reached the maximum number of links on your page (for example the default is 50) Then the script checks the page rank of the new prospective link, if the new link has a higher page rank (and is therefore more valuable to you) the script deletes the current lowest google page ranked link from your list and inserts the newer more valuable link.

1: Our script is ready for download complete as a .zip archive, most systems PC, Macintosh or Unix have various free tools to un archive a .zip compressed file. Move the folder to your local root folder of your web site/s (you can install the script in as many sites as you like)

2: There is only one file you need to configure; in the link exchange script folder is a file called setup.php You can open this file in any suitable text editor or web design application. There are only four lines of code to personalise:

3: In this web site we included two links at the bottom of every page to the link exchange scripts, this was done with a template to minimise the work for us and to maximise the chances of people finding the link exchange script and using it. In the link exchange script folder are two files Links.php, which is the page that will display all your links, and form.php which allows users to submit their link to your site.

4: Using a suitable FTP client or Web design application upload the Link Exchange Script folder and any new updated web pages with links to the application to your liveweb server

5: in any web browser go you http://yourdomain/linkexchange/admin/
to view and administer your links section. From here you can check the back links and delete any of the links with a simple web form interface.
